Our mission is to help our clients expand their physical freedom

To do this well we focus on education and mentorship, not just exercise.

Physical freedom is the ability to say “yes” to the activities you want to do. It looks different for everybody; for some it’s participating in specific sports and activities, for others it’s being able to make memories with grandkids on the playground.

What do you want to be able to say “yes” to, without worrying that your body is what is holding you back?

We understand that the training we do inside of the gym is only one part of real physical empowerment. A guided training session is an excellent way to make progress, but what happens when you want to go out on your own? Do you have the skills to continue on your current trajectory? Physical freedom means that you are able to continue working towards all of your goals with independence and confidence.

We want to equip you with the tools you need to continue pursuing an active life, wherever that life may take you.

Below you will find the core educational topics we have found to have the greatest impact on developing physical freedom. All of these topics are covered in depth throughout the Develop phase of our coaching process. This page serves as both a reference for current clients, and a jumping off point for anyone interested in expanding their physical freedom. Even if you’re not a client of QSF, please feel free to engage with the content below and reach out with any questions you may have.
