Lifestyle Assessment

Build habits that make consistency feel effortless.

You’ll be guided through a nutrition, mindset and sleep assessment to uncover what’s been holding you back. From there, we map out a plan to support you with the areas you’ve decided are important to you.

1-on-1 Training Sessions

Get stronger, move better, and build real confidence.

You’ll be working directly with a trainer, every session. You’ll learn exactly what you need to know, when you need to know it. These sessions are designed to build strength, understanding, and confidence in the gym.

Lifestyle Sessions

Stay on track with support that adapts to your life.

As a new client, you’ll have regular lifestyle sessions to make steady progress.

From there, we schedule check-in’s as needed to troubleshoot challenges and adjust strategies. Whether it’s nutrition, sleep, stress, or motivation – we’ll help you stay ahead of the curve and avoid falling off track.
