We don’t rush the process. Once you’ve developed confidence with your movements, shown consistent training habits, and checked off key readiness markers (like equipment knowledge and technique), we invite you to transition from 1-on-1 to small group training.
Stay on Your Own Program
Even in a group, your program stays personal.
You get the fun of a training with up to 8 other people while knowing that everything you’re doing is designed for you and your goals.
Continued Expert Coaching
You continue to get the right level of coaching for where you are. Support throughout the session for things like load selection, technique refinement and in-the-moment modifications as you grow into your newfound confidence.
Ongoing Lifestyle Support
Lifestyle support is an ongoing piece of the puzzle. We’ll continue to have formal and informal check-in’s to make sure your work in the gym is connected to why you came here in the first place.
