We use Push Press to manage our schedule, group session reservations, and community-wide communication via the social feed. If you haven’t already, the mobile app can be downloaded for free. Please log-in with the email address and password you have been prompted to set up via email.

Client Policies

  • Session Cap & Reservations (*only applicable to small group sessions): We have an 8-person cap for our group sessions. So that we can prepare for your session, we ask that you reserve your spot through the Push Press Members app at least 30 minutes prior to, and cancel no later than 1 hour before your session.   • Headphones: To promote awareness and safety, as well as engagement with our trainers and community, we ask you not to wear headphones in the gym.

  • Cellphones: To minimize distractions and maximize training time, we ask that you do not bring your phone to the training floor. However, we respect that extenuating circumstances may require you to have your phone nearby (i.e. on-call), in which case please let your coach know you will have it with you. 

  • Scent-Free Space: Many people are sensitive to perfumes, colognes, aftershaves and other scented products. For the comfort of all members, we ask that you refrain from wearing scented products at the gym.

  • Footwear: For your session, you are welcome to wear either indoor shoes or socks, leaving outdoor shoes in the foyer. 

  • Parking: Street parking is available. Please note that the surrounding parking lot is private property and not accessible to members.

  • Showers: You are welcome to use our on-site shower, but since we only have one, please be considerate of your time. We have a 10-minute limit for those using the shower/accessible washroom.

  • Dogs: While we do love our furry friends, we do not allow dogs in the gym.

  • Food: You are free to eat in our lounge area, but ask that you keep all food tidy and contained. We do not allow food on the training floor.

Plan Policies

  • Memberships: Our plans automatically renew every 4-weeks. 

  • Payment: For all transactions, we will use the credit or visa debit card associated with your Push Press account. 

  • Holds: We do not offer account holds, as our support goes beyond these four walls. We’re here to support you in all areas of your life, not just inside the gym.
